Regrets, we all have them. But constantly worrying about it is not going to help move you forward in life, you will only get stuck.

How do we let go of the past?
1.Reflect: Write down all your “could haves” and “should haves.” Think deeply with your past desires and what you were not able to accomplish. Now crumple that up and toss it. Toss those regrets and uneasy feelings. Let it go.
2.Create Goals: Plan and create goals for yourself. What are your short-term goals? What are your long-term goals? How can you accomplish them? With planning, you won’t feel overwhelmed and stressed trying to get all of your goals done at once. You have time to accomplish it all and not regret not having the opportunity to because you planned well.
