Questions about Scheduling an Appointment:
Is there an age requirement to receive your services?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to receive any of our services.
What method of payment do you accept?
For individual appointments, we accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express credit/debit cards – no personal checks.
For services being provided at a business, we also accept business checks but it must be paid in advance and clear prior to the appointment.
Is payment expected in advance or on the day of the appointment?
Clients coming to our office pay on the day of their appointment. Clients paying with credit/debit cards can choose to pay in advance.
For services offered over the phone, online, or at a business, home or event location which require that we travel, clients must pay in advance. Read over the Services and Hiring us for an Event sections for more information.
How much do your services cost?
Please visit the website page for the Service you wish for cost and description.
For services offered at client’s home, business or event location, prices listed are for Maryland (not including the Eastern Shore or Western Maryland) and Washington, DC. Other locations may incur a travel expense.
What happens if I’m late for an appointment?
Clients are expected to arrive on time on agreed upon appointment date and time. If they are 15 minutes or more tardy, then they will be charged for this time accordingly or if our service time is diminished, no refunds will be given.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment; otherwise clients will be responsible for full cost of session. Should there be an emergency, no charge will be made; however, proof of said emergency will be required to void payment requirement.
Can I take notes during an appointment or record it?
Clients are free to take notes or use a voice recorder to record individual appointments to be able to refer back to in the future. Voice recorders cannot be used for group events to ensure the privacy of other participants.
Which services are offered over the phone or online?
Spiritual Consultations and Medium Readings are offered in person, over the phone or online. When scheduling an appointment, please indicate if the appointment will be at our office, via phone or online.
Which services can be offered at my home?
Property Energy Clearings are offered at the client’s home. Also, if a client is putting together a group event at their home for Tarot Card Readings, Medium Readings or Energy Healing, we can travel to their home. Which services can be offered at my business?
Energy Healing, Property Energy Clearings, Spiritual Consultations and Goal Setting Consultations can be conducted at a business, conference, expo or staff retreat. Businesses who wish to do this must have 3 or more employees. Read over the Services and Hiring us for an Event sections for more information.

Have you ever not gotten a psychic message for a client?
No. Although it hasn’t happened yet, the possibility does exist and very likely it’s because the person is not ready to receive what needs to be shared or he/she already knows the answer but doesn’t want to accept it.
Will the loved one in Spirit I most wish to speak to come through?
Spiritual Spectra cannot guarantee that the loved ones in Spirit that come through are the ones you most wish to speak to, because the Spirit world cannot be controlled. Spiritual Spectra facilitates communication to those Spirits who wish to communicate and who are able to reach out. We encourage our clients to call upon specific loved ones and think about them prior to their appointment to help make the connection but nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that those in particular will come through.
Is a Past Life Reading the same as Past Life Regression?
A Psychic Past Life Reading is not Hypnosis Past Life Regression Therapy. Clients do not undergo Hypnosis. However, clients do receive information about their various past lives.
Is any preparation required for a Property Energy Clearing?
For homes or businesses with pets, please vacuum all the pet hair prior to a Property Energy Clearing and keep pets in the backyard or outdoors during the appointment. Please notify us when scheduling that you have a pet.
Will an Energy Healing Session cure me?
Energy Healing is simple, natural and safe and all who experience it benefit from it. While the Energy Healing session is designed to be helpful, we make no guarantees about the outcome of your session because there are many factors that impact a person’s health such as their diet, exercise, and home and work environment.
I am under the care of a physician/psychiatrist, will Energy Healing conflict at all with their treatments?
Receiving an Energy Healing treatment will not interfere or replace traditional medical or psychiatric care but can enhance other medical/psychiatric treatments. We do ask clients to fill out a Client Information and Consent Form ahead of time to get a better idea of your current health condition. Also, if you have a pacemaker or any other electrical, metal or magnetic item in your body please let us know (you can still receive treatment but it alters our approach for your safety and well-being).
I am under the care of an Acupuncturist or other alternative wellness practitioner, will Energy Healing conflict at all with their treatments?
Energy Healing complements all other forms of holistic healing.
Do I need to remove my clothes during an Energy Healing Session?
No. During a treatment, the client remains fully clothed. Comfortable clothes are preferable for your own convenience but dress does not matter with regards to session. I do ask that you remove your watches, cell phones and any other electrical, metal or magnetic items on your person prior to treatment.
Does an Energy Healing Session involve touch?
The practitioner places her hands lightly on or just above the client’s physical body to apply the energy healing. I always ask permission to place hands on the body and the client is free to refuse. Should a client prefer not to be touched, that is their right and the session can still be conducted just by placing hands above the body.
Is there any preparation or recommendation required before an Energy Healing Session?
We do ask clients to fill out a Client Information and Consent Form ahead of time to get a better idea of your current health condition. For maximum benefit, it is recommended that you do not consume any alcohol, high caffeine or energy drink and practice moderation in exercise/work 1 hour prior and 1 hour after an Energy Healing session. Consumption of these might cause the person to feel light-headed and dizzy. If the person does consume these and has an Energy Healing Session it is recommended that they wait at least 20 minutes before driving.
Questions about Hiring us for an Event:
Is there an age requirement for events?
Yes, you and your guests must be at least 18 years old to receive a Tarot Card Reading, Medium Reading or Energy Healing. Parent supervised events such as Sweet Sixteens, Quinceañeras, High School Proms or Graduation Parties may be permitted, please enquire.
Do you require a minimum length of time for events?
The minimum length of time for events is 2 hours.

We accept Visa, Master card, Discover card and American Express credit/debit cards – no personal checks or cash. For business events, business checks are accepted but must clear prior to event.

How much does entertainment for events cost?
Pricing for events depends on the number of guests and location of the event – most of Maryland (not including the Eastern Shore or Western Maryland) and DC is $175 an hour. Other locations may incur travel expenses; such as a travel expense fee, rental car, airline or hotel expense. When you contact us mention how many guests you expect (and whether you expect each guest to receive a reading or healing) and the location of the event to receive an estimate cost for your event.
What happens if the event gets started late?
Events are expected to start on time on agreed upon date and time. If events are 30 minutes or more delayed, then clients will be charged for this time accordingly or if our service time is diminished, no refunds will be given.
What happens if I need to cancel your services?
Cancellations must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-5 weeks prior to the event, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the event will incur the full cost of event services. Should there be an emergency, no charge will be made; however, proof of said emergency will be required to void payment requirement. If event, workshop or speaking engagement requires airline transportation, cost of airline must be paid for any non-refundable airline reservations.

Which services are offered for events?
Tarot Card Readings, Medium Readings or Energy Healing can be offered for groups, events, workshops, fairs and/or festivals. Goal Setting Consultations can be offered for business or civic groups, events or workshops.
What information can guests expect to receive from a Tarot Card Reading?
Tarot Card Readings offer information on love, relationships, career and more. Tarot Card Readings for Events & Weddings are intended for Entertainment Purposes only (such short readings do not provide the time for counsel like a Spiritual Consultation appointment does). We do not provide Lottery numbers or give information for gambling wagers.
Have you ever not gotten a message for a guest participant?
Services for events are provided either in group format or one-to-one individual readings. Of the 300 individual readings I have conducted at events, there have been only 2 individuals for whom I did not receive a message. These individuals sat down for the Reading out of curiosity but were not open to receiving information. As for those provided in group format, depending on the size of the group and time limitations, occasionally there are those who do not receive a message. In most cases because it’s simply too many people and not enough time but it could also be that the person was simply not ready to receive the information.
